We document site conditions and the condition of affected trees or plants, and provide a clear explanation of how value is determined.

Appraisals are commonly prepared in situations involving property damage, construction impacts, insurance claims, fire loss, or disputes related to tree removal or injury.
They may also be used in legal matters where the value of trees or landscape features is a relevant consideration.
APPROACH
Our evaluations are based on direct site inspection and a detailed understanding of tree biology, structure, and site context. We focus on providing clear, defensible conclusions that are consistent with accepted arboricultural standards.
Because we do not prune or remove trees, our opinions are independent and not influenced by potential financial interest in the outcome.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our staff includes arborists with the Tree and Plant Appraisal Qualification (TPAQ) from the American Society of Consulting Arborists, reflecting training and experience specific to plant appraisal methodology.
